PINEBERRIES

They are so cute and they are called Pineberry but its not some unholy fusion of Pineapple and Strawberries. It's a cross between the "wild South American strawberry Fragaria chiloensis, which grows wild in some parts of Chile, and the North American strawberryFragaria virginiana."  They are perfectly real but only available in Europe atm supplied by vitalberry.

Absinthe The Green Fairy

No spirit has earned a worse rap than Absinthe aka the Green Fairy. Said to make the drinker hallucinate and rumoured to be responsible for Van Gogh's ear incident. It was banned in the US and much of Europe in the early 1900s. Now made with modified recipie Absinthe is making a come back.

My favourite way to drink this is: Set an Absinthe spoon or a regular fork for most people across the top of the glass. Place a sugar cube in the spoon and drip filtered water over the sugar into the glass. As the two mix, the drink turns cloudy. For extra showmanship, add a few dashes of absinthe to the sugar cube, ignite, pause to take a quick photo, then continue with the water drip.
